Registration Instructions
1. Answer all questions completely for continuing education purposes.
2. You must include your full legal name and address
3. You should receive a confirmation email if not please re-register.
Registration is free, however lunch can be pre-ordered if pre-paid.
Refunds for lunch are available only through April 18, 2012.
Important Note: All persons will need to be registered and will need a government issued ID (ie. drivers license, passport, federal ID) to enter gate.
